What data: only what you provide to receive alerts — your email and/or Telegram chat id, your chosen country, and the time + IP address of your sign-up (as proof of consent, double opt-in).
Purpose and legal basis: to send you the restock alerts you sign up for. Basis: performance of the contract / your consent (Art. 6(1) GDPR). We do not use your data for anything else and never sell it.
Processors: we use the email-sending provider, Telegram (for Telegram alerts), the hosting provider, and — once paid alerts are enabled — the payment provider acting as merchant of record. A data-processing agreement is in place with each.
Retention: until you unsubscribe; we then delete your subscription data. We keep only a minimal record of the unsubscribe itself (the contact + timestamp), as proof that your request was honoured.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure and objection. Unsubscribe any time via the link in every alert or by emailing qukaiyong821@163.com. You may complain to the Dutch DPA (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies: we use no tracking or advertising cookies. The map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap. If you type a place or postcode to find nearby stores, that search term is sent to OpenStreetMap's geocoding service (Nominatim) to turn it into coordinates; we do not store that query.
